What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
The Antoniu's return policy allows for returns of online purchases within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, you must inform Antoniu's through email at info@antonius.pt or via WhatsApp at +351 965 063 954. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the purchase. Antoniu's reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements mentioned above, at their sole discretion.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Every effort will be made to ensure a swift refund. Returns for antonius.pt are processed within 14 days of:
- (i) customer order cancellation notification, or
- (ii) the returned merchandise, whichever is later.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed and your account is credited. Refunds can only be issued in the same method of payment used for the purchase.
Are delivery charges and return costs refundable?
We do not refund delivery fees. However, there are no return costs. We offer free returns and exchange service.
How do you exchange an item with antonius.pt?
To exchange an item, please return the original item using the return instructions provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Please note that new orders are subject to item availability. We will inform you if the item you desire is no longer available.
